This class begins with meditative breathing exercises allowing you to feel centered and focused. We will move thru asanas(poses) in a dancelike sequence. Then wind down with restorative poses to help lengthen your tired muscles and relax your mind. What a great way to end a long day. Tarah loves to use hands on assists and essential oils to help deepen your practice.
