Kids Yoga by Kinderdance takes children on a fun filled journey through various stories, engaging their mind and bodies in breathing exercises and yoga postures. Class is developmental and builds to longer periods of meditation and relaxation within the class. Children take away wonderful life skills. There is no uniform to purchase for Kids Yoga. We simply request to dress them in yoga appropriate street clothes on their yoga days. No dresses or denim please.
