Summer Conditioning class description
What is the purpose of conditioning?
Conditioning is one of the most important aspects of any sport as it prepares the athlete for the performance of a skill. Without sufficient strength building and flexibility training, athletes are more prone to injury as well as sports becoming more difficult and progress slows. This class will offer athletes from any sport, the chance to gain strength and flexibility that will aid them in growth in all athletics. Coaches will push athletes to new heights with calisthenics focused strength training as well as extensive flexibility training. The goal of this class is to improve overall athletic performance, reduce injuries, and teach lifelong fitness and movement skills.
