Aerial arts are a type of performance where artists execute acrobatic movements while hanging from a suspended apparatus.
We will introduce you to movement on two common apparatus: Aerial Hoop (Lyra) and Aerial Silks. This class will help you learn foundational tricks and combos to start your aerial arts journey along with teaching you how to build strength and coordination to perform while hanging in the air. Level 2 class is faster-paced, covering more material and moves. At least 1 additional BALLET or GYMNASTIC class is required for level 2.
